1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on Dfruzo (https://dfruzo.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products
We offer frozen fruit products available in multiple weight variants (250g, 500g, 1kg). All products are stored and shipped under cold-chain conditions to preserve freshness and quality. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual appearance may vary slightly.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment partners. Dfruzo reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location:
- West Bengal: ₹60 per kg (minimum ₹60)
- Rest of India: ₹120 per kg (minimum ₹120)
- International: ₹650 per kg (minimum ₹650)
All shipments are dispatched under cold-chain packaging. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within India. Dfruzo is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, intact, and remains frozen. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. We do not accept returns on opened or thawed products for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
6. Product Safety & Storage
All products must be kept frozen (at or below −18°C) until consumption. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Dfruzo is not responsible for any health issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dfruzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Dfruzo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
